Card Office

Reasons to come visit the Card Office:

• Get your first time card.
• Get a new replacement card.
• Pick up the Merchant Of The Week coupon.
• Learn about services available with your FSUCard.
• Check lost or found for card.
• Add value to Smart Chip.
• Make payments for Tuition, FSUCard, Library, Orientation, Telecommunicaions, Housing, and Parking fees.
• Receive complimentary copy of Milestone Calendar (while supplies last).

Please bring photo identification (valid driver's license, military ID, or current passport) when visiting the FSUCard Center for your first time card.

There is a $10 student fee for your first card and a $15 charge for any replacement cards issued. There is no charge for legal name changes.
